We also help you use your old Aluminum Formwork from past projects to use in the new projects.
We rearrange the panels and components in such a way that they are most efficiently utilized in the new project, thereby minimizing your expense on purchase of new formwork. We modify the old components to fit the new project and if required, we also provide with new components and panels that are compatible with your old formwork system.
The rearranging of the components takes place in two stages:
1. Designing
2. Modification & Manufacturing
In this stage we study the requirements of the new project considering the available formwork from the past projects.
We design the whole formwork system in 3D using Special purpose software, trying various permutation and combinations so as to maximize the utilization of the old components. We make an extra effort on our part and see to it that the final design is the most cost efficient and then we give you the Shell drawings for your approval.
